We are currently recruiting for full/part-time Flight Instructors

Job Title & Overview

Role: Flight Instructor (FI) – Full-time / Part-time / Freelance.
Location: North Weald Airfield (EGSX), Essex.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting high-quality flight training and ground school instruction.
Managing student progress records and ensuring compliance with UK CAA regulations.
Conducting trial lessons and flight experiences for prospective students.
Maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Licence: Valid UK CAA PPL or CPL with a Flight Instructor Rating and valid FCL.905 privileges.
Medical: Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Medical.
Experience: Newly qualified instructors are welcome to apply as mentorship/guidance through their supervisory restriction period can be provided on successful completion of both interview and competency-based assessment.
Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a “student-first” mentality.
Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
